Join IHSI Celebrating National Italian American Heritage Month OCT 12 - 13

IHSI Society members and friends,

Your support of two great events next weekend in the celebration of National Italian Heritage Month is so very important to all. 

On Columbus Day, Oct 12 th the Italian Heritage Society of Indiana will have a spectacular event which will not only be a treat for those who truly appreciate choice Italian wines with delicious  pairings but will honor IHSI members Pietro Ferri, Cannoli Queen and Mary Grace Pennella for their  service, dedication and support of the Italian American community. I know that all IHSI members, past honorees and friends can be counted on to show their respect for and appreciation of these accomplished individuals at Chef Joseph's Connoisseur Room on Friday evening Oct 12, 2012. The Society thanks all of its sponsors of this event and especially O'Brien Fiat for their continued support.

Oct 13 th the celebration continues with a "Taste of Italy" at Holy Rosary. This event will feature many of the traditional foods of past festivals along with wine and song. IHSI will be there in the thick of it with its booth celebrating Italian culture, raising funds for its programs and playing bocce. Its a perfect time and place for such a significant weekend for the Italian American community, Holy Rosary and everyone who enjoys a great time.
